Pearl “Delsie” Farquharson is the CEO and Creative Director of DELSIE, an award-winning destination event and experiential design studio based in Miami, Florida. With more than 15 years in the hospitality and events industry, she has produced over 400 weddings, brand activations, and milestone celebrations across the United States and internationally. A graduate of Johnson & Wales University with dual degrees in Culinary Arts and Hospitality, Pearl blends heritage, design, and elevated guest experience. Her work has been featured in The New York Times, Vogue, Essence, and Brides. She was named the U.S. Small Business Administration’s 2024 Minority Business Owner of the Year and serves on the board of WIPA South Florida as Director of Programs at Large.
